Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

EXCHANGES

You will have to pay for return shipping unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Please email info@believeabuddy.com with RETURN in the subject line to request a refund and a reason for your return or exchange.

Please do not mail back your product without emailing us first. Products sent back without email authorization will be refused and you will not receive a refund or exchange. We will email you our shipping address, tracking number, and additional instructions to process your return.

If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost + return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Our customer service team will let you know what the total amount is.
