My niece absolutely loves her Believe-A-Buddy Bear! My sister is a elementary school teacher so she understands the importance of daily positive affirmations, and the Winston bear is a great way of doing that with my two-year-old niece and sister!

This bear is the most amazing creation for children. Our Winston is a bit of a traveler. He landed in Seattle and took a massive plane ride to Australia via Tokyo because we had to have one. I gifted it to my nephew as a late birthday present and a few days later he came in massive use as he started his unknown 4 + week battle in hospital. He is still there with Winston by his side today. Weâre so greatful for him and this amazing idea Cat has created.

My daughter loves her Believe A Buddy! She takes her everywhere except school, which she places her at a chair next to my desk to keep me company. âşď¸ She always looks forward to changing her affirmation each week, and proudly exclaims the one she chose.
HOW TO USE BELIEVE A BUDDY
Step 1.) To start give Believe a Buddy a big hug to activate his magical powers!
Step 2.)Â Next, take a few long, deep breaths with your child. This is a moment to teach your child to take a break from the world. Sitting in stillness for just a few moments before grabbing the Affirmation Card Deck will work wonders for the process.
Step 3.) Now you can grab the Affirmation Card Deck and start shuffling the cards. While shuffling the Affirmation Deck you can tell your child to close their eyes and ask
Believe a Buddy a question. Here is an example of questions your child can ask:Â
What affirmation will help me have a magical day?Â
What do I need to know to empower myself today?
Step 4.) Your child can repeat the question in their mind or say it out loud while you shuffle the
cards. Stop shuffling when your child says stop. Or if you spread your cards out face down have
your child pick a card.

Step 5.) Pick the card up and tell your child to read the affirmation out loud 3 times! After repeating the affirmation, your child can take the affirmation card and put it in Believe a Buddyâs belly.
Step 6.) You can leave Believe a Buddy out where your child can see it and encourage your child
to repeat the affirmation throughout the day as many times as they want. We highly recommend sharing your affirmation and spreading Believe a Buddyâs magic with all of your friends and family!
